[Job Description]
- Conduct research and analysis about customer needs, technology acceptability, market trends, and government policy movements.
- Performs deep market and competitive analysis to identify and assess evolving commercial and industry trends with the objective of defining opportunities that should be pursued.
- Identifies unmet customer needs and desired outcomes through extensive customer and market research; builds new business cases around opportunities, puts the cases in the context of the roadmap, and presents implications to business unit and executive leadership
- Creates and proposes the long-term strategic plan, risk-balanced product roadmap, new products, and new opportunity ideas
- Update news/information regarding the automotive industry in Asia & Oceania
- Make a plan of new technology application for future vehicles in Asia & Oceania region
[Qualification]
- Have experience 2-3 years in automotive business or related function in market and competitive analysis, new product planning related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Planning, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Automotive technology is required
- Proficient in computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SPSS)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong systematic, analytical, and logical Thinking
- Understand your role to be a good team player
- Well self-planning and organization skills
- Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 650 up)
- Japanese skills would be an advantage
- Business data analytic skills would be an advantage
