  • Identify training needs/skills that meet with core activities of the company, create or review training programs and implement them for the employees by using the annual training program, and prepare overall processes related to the training program.
  • Ensure the necessary process about competency management, training road map, career development, and organization development to drive employees’ performance that aligns with the core value of the company.
  • Collaborate and support the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


  • Nationality: Thai
  • Male/Female, Age 24-26 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HRD function or a related field.
  • Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 600 up)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Interpersonal skills are essential.
