      • Summary monthly actual manpower for and submitting to relate Dept.
    • Analysis Gap between Plan Vs Actual for future PDCA.
      • Update Manpower plan/actual to management.
      • Kosu system controller.
      • Trainer Kosu system for Newcomer.
    • Business Hire Controller
      • Control Business Hire (Job Request) In/Out way.
      • Summary actual cost and submit to relate Dept.
    • PA Dept. Administrator
      • Control Development Model Code.
      • Model outstanding monitoring.
      • Set up weekly meeting for Department & etc.
  • Project Management
    • Establish Development model by creating all resource and lead to get approval.
    • Manage Development resource (Schedule, Budget, and Manpower) to complete as proposal plan.
    • Leading model meeting.
    • Model Budget Controller etc.

 

Qualification

  • Male/Female, Thai Nationality, Age 22-29 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree or in field of Engineering, Business, Bachelor of arts or related Field, New graduated is welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill.
  • Good systematic and logical Thinking.
  • Good command of spoken and written in Japanese (N3 up)
  • Good command of spoken and written in English (TOEIC 600 up)
