Job Description
- Learn and be main coordinator for the new PLM systems. Including system roll out, update, and trouble shooting.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Manage and coordinate with existing outsourcing team. Report results to supervisor.
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet needs and requirements.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Drive/Coordinate related parties to ensure project delivery to meet requirement, objectives, and timeline
Qualification
- 0-2 years experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
- New graduate are welcome for this position
- Strong in MS Office, Outlook, and interesting in new technologies.
- Comfortable in a team environment, with strong group dynamics awareness and collaboration skills. Able to work with diversity of people.
- Able to work under pressure, with fast learning skills.
- Well-developed self-planning and organization skills.
- Good command of spoken and written in English (TOEIC 600 up) / Japanese (N3 up)
